So, I had a question about my order and ended up messaging customer service. They got back to me, like, faster than I expected. Not instantly or anything, but still quick. The person I talked to was really nice and actually answered the thing I was asking about, which, you know, I always appreciate. It did take one extra follow-up to fully get the issue sorted out, so it wasn’t totally perfect, but overall, yeah, I’m happy with how they handled it

Got exactly what I ordered, and everything was correct. No problems at all, so yeah, happy with it.

I ordered a couple of tops and a pair of pants from steinmart.com. The quality was better than I expected. The fabric feels nice. Not thin or cheap. The stitching looked good too.
I’ve washed everything once so far. It all came out fine. The fit stayed the same. Shipping was normal. Nothing super fast. But I’m happy with what I got and would order again.

The site was simple to browse, and checkout went through without any issues. Umm, it did take me a minute to find the size filters, but overall it was an easy experience.

It matched the description really well, and when it showed up, there weren’t any surprises. Happy with it.

I had to return one item, and the refund ended up taking a few days longer than I thought it would. Customer support did get back to me though, and the money eventually showed up in my account!! Overall, it was a okay experience.

The selection is wide, but not in that confusing kind of way where hard to find stuff it is. Sizes and styles seemed decent also. Next time, I’ll probably look here first before bouncing around to a bunch of other sites.
